A reader has helped prepare these files. He has

1) renamed all the source files with meaningful names such as

ex-02-03 using keyword

2) Created a makefile

Unfortunately, the makefile does not work with the new file names.

You can use these files in three ways

1) You can compile each file from the command line

2) You can open visual studio .net and use the file as a source file

3) You can rename the files to their short names

    ex-02-03 using keyword ==>>  ex-02-03

and then use the makefile. To use the makefile follow these steps:

a) Start -> Programs -> Microsoft Visual Studio.NET ->
 Visual Studio .NET Tools -> Visual Studio .NET Command Prompt

b) Navigate to the directory with the files.

c) Enter: nmake /f makefile
